Orders placed before 10am (excluding weekends) will be dispatched on the same day and orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 10am on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Delivery costs vary depending on the service selected and destination. The available delivery options for your location will be displayed at checkout.
We require a signature for all orders, so delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is currently unavailable.
DELIVERY TIMES
- Most of Europe: 2–5 days
- Rest of the world: 3–7 days
Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched and should be used as a guide only. Luxe Leopard cannot be held responsible for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we'll always do our best to minimise disruption.Depending on your location, orders will be delivered by DPD or Royal Mail.
RETURNS
Changed your mind? No problem. Simply complete our returns form and send your item(s) back to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags attached, within 28 days of receiving your order. To return, choose your own courier and send to our address below, making sure to obtain proof of postage in case your parcel is lost in transit. Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 14 working days. Please note that we're unable to offer a free returns service, though postage costs will be reimbursed for faulty items.

We want you to love everything you order from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags must be attached and intact; items with removed or damaged tags will not be accepted
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, dust bags, or protective wrapping
- Returns will be refused or sent back if the item shows signs of wear, odour, staining, or alteration
- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions, and no refund or exchange will be issued
- Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings, swimwear, hosiery or underwear if hygiene seals or tags have been removed
- All gift card purchases are final sale and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

UK returns via Royal Mail
You can return or exchange any part of your order within 28 days of receiving it. To get started, simply follow these steps:
- Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order details to generate a Royal Mail QR code.
- Take the QR code to your local Post Office - they will print the returns label for you.
- Package your item securely and hand it over at the counter.
- Keep your postage receipt as proof of return - we recommend holding on to this until your return is fully processed.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed once we receive it.
- There is a £5.00 charge for a return, which will be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a repair, replacement or refund. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be reimbursed. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
