Orders placed before 10am (excluding weekends) will be dispatched on the same day and orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 10am on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International delivery costs will vary depending on the service selected and its destination. Express delivery is available for most destinations. When you're placing your order, the available delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.
The delivery options for your destination are displayed at checkout. We require a signature for all orders, so delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is currently unavailable.
DELIVERY TIMES
Express delivery for most of Europe: delivered within 2-4 days.
Rest of the world: delivered within 3-7 days.
Standard delivery for selected countries (up to 2kg): delivered within 2-8 days.
Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. Luxe Leopard cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we'll try to minimise any potential delays.
Depending on your location, our orders can be delivered by different couriers like DPD, DHL or Royal Mail.
RETURNS
You can return or exchange any part of your order within 28 days of receiving it.
You should have received a return form in with your order. Simply fill out this form and enter your details on our Returns Portal below to create a EVRI label. When you send your return back to us, please ensure to keep a receipt of your postage and allow 10 working days for your return to be processed.
We are more than happy for you to try on any briefs or swimwear to see how they fit and look however we do ask that you please try these items on over your own underwear in the interests of both health and hygiene. If you need to return them for any reason we are able to accept them as long as they are unworn and still have the tags on. - You can return any part of your order within 28 days of receiving it.

- There is a £5.00 charge for a return, which will deducted from your refund.
